Welcome to NuTrend Events! We are delighted to be a part of your special occasion. These
Terms and Conditions govern the rental of our products and services. By placing an order
with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1.Services

NuTrend Events is a full-service event rental company specializing in corporate events,
weddings, and other special occasions. Our offerings include, but are not limited to, silk
flowers, linens, custom centerpieces, backdrops, and arches.

2. Ordering

To ensure the availability of our products and to allow ample time for custom creations, we
require that all orders be placed at least one to two months prior to the event date. This
lead time is crucial for us to provide the high-quality, customized service that is the
hallmark of NuTrend Events.

3. Deposit and Payment

A non-refundable deposit of % of the total estimated cost is required at the time of
booking or shipment to secure your rental items. The remaining % balance is due upon
delivery of the items or on the day of the event, whichever comes first. We accept all major
credit cards, checks, and bank transfers.

4. Changes and Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. Any changes to your order must be made at least
two () weeks in advance of the scheduled event date. Changes requested after this period
may not be possible and may incur additional charges. Cancellations made less than two
weeks before the event will result in the forfeiture of the entire deposit.

5. Delivery and Setup

We offer delivery and setup services for our rental items. Delivery fees are based on the
event location and the complexity of the setup. You will be provided with a quote for these
services when you place your order. While we strive to be punctual, we are not responsible
for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as traffic or inclement weather.

6. Damaged or Lost Items

The renter is responsible for all rental items from the time of delivery until they are
returned to NuTrend Events. We expect our items to be returned in the same condition as
they were received. Should any items be lost, stolen, or damaged, the renter will be
charged a replacement or repair fee. This fee will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and
will be based on the retail value of the item.

7. Use of Equipment

All rental items are to be used for their intended purpose. Any misuse or alteration of our
equipment is strictly prohibited. The renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless
NuTrend Events for any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of our
rental items.

8. Photography and Social Media

We love to see our creations in action! We reserve the right to use photographs of your
event for our portfolio, website, and social media channels. We will, of course, respect your
privacy and will not disclose any personal information without your consent.

9. Liability

NuTrend Events is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property
that may result from the use of our rental items. The renter assumes all risk and liability
associated with the rental and use of our products.

10. Agreement

By placing an order with NuTrend Events, you acknowledge that you have read,
understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. This document constitutes the
entire agreement between the renter and NuTrend Events and supersedes all prior
communications, negotiations, and agreements, whether oral or written.
